Working long hour at a stretch can also be unpleasant. So take break and stroll for a while in regular interval. It might help to normalize your body and gives a break to the long sitting in the same position for long.

Having few stretches
Try to move your body by stretching. It is a good way to relax stiffness of the muscles, oxygenate your muscles, and make your back comfortable.
